John and Sherisse were contracted to carry out the conversion of our 2 bed terrace Victorian property into a high specification 6 bed professional HMO. Communication throughout the project was excellent with regular updates and photographs. Where unforeseen issues were encountered these were solved quickly and openly with practical and sensible solutions. The build team were considerate to the neighbours and worked hard to ensure disruption was kept to a minimum. A few variations were required as expected in these types of projects. Costs were sensible and fair, with open discussion and agreement regarding the best solution. The finished product is excellent and I will be using John and Sherisse again in our next project.
